At our self defence seminar the other day, the man mentioned that the word 'rape' was taken out of the Australian law books and is now referred to as 'sexual assault.' Which is when you are penetrated in any sexual area without your consent. So, my friend (WHO IS A GIRL) pressured a guy into going to second by using the "what, are you frigid?" line, so he had to do it. THIS DOES NOT QUALIFY AS CONSENT, because even though he changed his mind, he did not do so freely. So, technically, my friend sexually assaulted him, which carries a charge of 7 years imprisonment.
